How to return a product?


Regarding online acquisitions:


We will accept returns of products only in their original package (TEILOR jewellery box) and accompanied by the promotional items that came with it (cloth, mirror, box).


By returning, you can opt to exchange the product for another, or you can get a refund.


To return a product, please follow the steps bellow:


1. Complete the Return Form


2. Wrap the product so as to avoid damages during transportation.


3. In the returning package, make sure you include the product, invoice, warranty and the other promotional items that came with the product (cloth, mirror, jewellery box).


4. Send the return request to the address contact@teilor.com and we will send the courier to the indicated address, to pick up the package.


**If you choose to send the return package without contacting us, the shipping costs will not be refunded.**


Under what conditions can you opt for a return?


For the online acquisitions, the costumers may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.


The returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, without any traces of usage.


Products which do not meet this requirement will not be accepted for return.


The returning package must contain the product, invoice, warranty and the other promotional items that came with the product (cloth, mirror, jewellery box).


Products wrongfully delivered will be replaced with the product that you ordered or a similar product (if the order product is no longer available). In case you received a product different than the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and return it according to the return policy.


The returned products can be replaced with more expensive products –in which case you will cover the cost difference. The returned products can also be replaced with less expensive products – in which case you will receive the difference in the account specified in the Return Form.


What are the costs for returning a product?


All online orders benefit from free return shipping only if the request is made from my account or in writing at contact@teilor.com.


What products cannot be returned?


The jewellery that has been modified or personalized at the costumer’s demand cannot be returned.


When will you get refunded for a product you returned.


You will receive your refund within 14 days since the day of the return, via transfer in the IBAN account you specified in the Return Form - in the case of online payment with a bank card. In the case of cash-on-delivery payment, the customer will indicate the bank account number in the return form, for the reimbursement of the consideration.

Personal data protection


By completing and signing the Return Form, you willingly agree to allow TEILOR to collect process and store the information received for purposes other than the ones mentioned previously, respectively: advertising, marketing and publicity.


Warranty


The warranty for our gold jewellery is available for 2 years from the day of purchase. This Warranty covers the lack of conformity of the jewellery with each of the characteristics stated on the Certificate at the time of sale and does not cover damage to the product that occurs after the date of sale. Authenticity & specifications of both the precious material – 14k gold (585‰) / 18k gold (750‰) & jewels mounted into the purchased jewellery are guaranteed for life.


The warranty is assured through repairing (bringing back to conformity) or replacement, depending of the case.


Repairs of the products under warranty will be made within 15 days, in accordance with art. art. 12(1) din OUG nr.140/2021 law, if it is confirmed that the damages are not imputable to the consumer.


The warranty does not cover damages of the jewellery occurred due to failure to comply with the indications stated in the Warranty Certificate, accidents, negligence, improper use or other factors that cannot be linked to a material or manufacturing issue.


For acquisitions done through the physical network of TEILOR shops, the client has the option to switch the purchased product only once in a 30-day interval since it’s purchase. This process is only possible by presenting the product’s receipt or invoice and only if the product is returned unused with no signs of wear nor damage. Consumer’s rights are in accordance with art. 11(8) din OUG nr.140/2021. The consumer’s rights are not affected by the warranty’s conditions.


TEILOR’s jewellery are marked in conformity with the current legislation, under the guidance and control of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer’s Protection – Precious metals department.
