For the jewellery with precious stones: in case of their detachment during warranty, the seller will replace them for free, within 15 days, but only if the damage is not imputable to the Costumer. The warranty does not cover damages of the jewellery obtained due to the disregard of the guidelines mentioned in the certificate of warranty which comes when purchasing a Teilor product, accidents, negligence, improper use or other factors unrelated with the material or manufacture.

Repairs of the products under warranty will be done free of change within 15 days, according to art 16 (1) of the 449/2003 (12) law, if it is confirmed that a malfunction of the product leaded to such a deterioration.
